ADDERE Service-conseil relies on a team of experienced and committed professionals dedicated to the cause of sustainable development. We can also count on the involvement of renowned and passionate administrators from various companies and institutions.

JEAN-PIERRE GOUIN

Executive Director and Senior Advisor

Jean-Pierre holds a master's degree in environmental management from the University of Sherbrooke and a bachelor's degree in communication and politics from the University of Montreal. In 2009, in collaboration with the SADCs of the Eastern Townships, he participated in the creation of the collective enterprise ADDERE Service-conseil, of which he is now the general manager. Since then, he has initiated sustainable development coaching for more than 300 organizations, including municipal organizations and institutions, in addition to offering customized training to various clienteles. Involved in his community, he was president of the Conseil régional de l'environnement de l'Estrie from 2014 to 2017. He was also a lecturer at the University of Sherbrooke's Centre universitaire de formation en environnement.

VANESSA LACHAPELLE-LAMOUREUX

Assistant General Manager

Vanessa holds a master's degree in environment and a microprogram in environmental auditing from the Université de Sherbrooke, as well as a bachelor's degree in biology from McGill University. She has been working in the environmental field for 12 years, including six years as Assistant General Manager and then Co-General Manager of an environmental social economy company in Montreal. She has expertise in the areas of business and personnel management, environmental health and safety regulatory compliance, and environmental awareness. At ADDERE Service-conseil, her role is to support the team in its professional development while bringing the company's organizational culture to life.

CLAUDETTE CHOINIÈRE

Senior Advisor in Eco-responsibility Strategy

Claudette Choinière has a bachelor's degree in communications (Université de Montréal) and a master's degree in environmental management (Université de Sherbrooke). Specialized in circular economy, she is an expert in sustainable mobility and electrification of transportation as well as in waste management.

Passionate about business models, she has been accompanying organizations from all walks of life for over 20 years in their development as well as in the management of innovation and the resulting change. Her experience in consulting as well as in management positions gives her a great ability to understand the issues that organizations must deal with in their sustainable development processes. Her curiosity, pragmatic creativity and empathy support her profile as a collaborative leader, allowing her to successfully manage the mandates entrusted to her.

MARTIN BRISEBOIS

Senior Climate Strategy Advisor

Martin Brisebois holds a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from the Université de Montréal, as well as a Master's degree in Environment from the Université de Sherbrooke, with a focus on climate change. He has been certified as a GHG inventory quantifier by the Canadian Standard Association (CSA), and is also trained in ISO 14064-2 (CSA) and the "GHG-IQ" standard. Corporate value chain (Scope 3) accounting and reporting standard World Resources Institute (WRI) STANDARD.

Martin has over fifteen years' experience in quantifying greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and energy efficiency. In particular, he has completed the carbon footprint for Québec Pork, made companies in various sectors (brewing, cheese-making, recycling, manufacturing) carbon neutral, and carried out numerous GHG emissions inventories.

KAMILLE BAREIL-PARENTEAU

Eco-responsibility strategy Advisor

Kamille holds a master's degree in Environment from the University of Sherbrooke, a background in Education from the University of Montreal and a bachelor's degree in Biology from UQAM. Her master's thesis focused on climate change adaptation in small municipalities in southern Quebec, which led her to specialize in municipal interventions and consultations. She is particularly interested in developing the role of RCMs and small municipalities in the fight against climate change. Through her studies and her position at ADDERE Service-conseil, she gained experience in eco-responsibility, particularly in the management of residual materials in private and municipal environments. Her multi-faceted career path has helped her develop her ease of communication and her methodical mind. 

VALÉRIE HOULE

Eco-responsibility strategy Advisor

Valérie holds a bachelor's degree in environmental studies as well as a certificate in communication, writing and multimedia from the Université de Sherbrooke. She has a good knowledge of waste management and has worked in the event, hotel and restaurant sectors, as well as in the administrative and municipal sectors. She also has skills in awareness and communication, which is a major asset for involving stakeholders in client projects. In addition to her concern for the environment, Valérie places great importance on the human dimension of ecoresponsibility.

GABRIEL ARGUIN

Climate strategy and eco-responsibility consultant

Gabriel holds a multidisciplinary bachelor's degree with a major in political science and a master's degree in environmental management from the Université de Sherbrooke and the Université de Troyes, in France. With over 10 years' experience as an environmental and sustainable development consultant for municipal institutions and manufacturing companies, Gabriel joined ADDERE Service-conseil as a climate strategy and ecoresponsibility consultant. His mandate is to develop strategies adapted to the needs of partners in a move to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and promote eco-responsibility. He is passionate about both small- and large-scale transition initiatives.

ROSANNE BERGERON

Eco-responsibility strategy Advisor

Rosanne Bergeron holds a bachelor's degree in environmental studies and a certificate of general studies in education from the Université de Sherbrooke. In July 2023, she joined the ADDERE Service-conseil team as an eco-responsibility strategy consultant, supporting organizations from a variety of backgrounds in the development of their eco-responsible practices.

In the course of her past employment, Rosanne has acquired experience and developed knowledge in various sectors, especially in water management and mining. She also has skills in awareness-raising and consultation, and is involved in volunteer work to protect the St. Lawrence River.

DOMINIC GENDRON

Climate and eco-responsibility strategy Advisor

Dominic Gendron holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and a master's degree in environment from the University of Sherbrooke, specializing in climate change and greenhouse gases. During his five-year professional career in engineering, he diversified his skills through a variety of projects in design and testing laboratories. Very concerned about environmental protection, he uses his technical skills and scientific approach to support ADDERE Service-conseil's clients in identifying measures to improve their environmental and social impact. At ADDERE Service-conseil, he has already completed various mandates related to the quantification and reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. The climate crisis is for Dominic an important motivating factor that leads him to constantly seek to deepen his knowledge in this area.

JÉRÉMIE BOURGAULT

Eco-responsibility strategy consultant and sustainable development project manager - Hub Numérique

Jérémie holds a bachelor's degree in environmental studies from the Centre universitaire de formation en environnement of the Université de Sherbrooke. Since then, he has accumulated nearly 8 years of varied experience in the vast field of the environment. Whether in the municipal sector, in private enterprise or with NPOs, he always prioritizes the advancement of the environmental cause in his projects. In particular, he has provided support in the achievement of environmental certifications, conducted studies on residual materials and led custom projects in sustainable development. Jérémie is passionate about optimizing practices in order to effectively reach environmental objectives. In addition, he aims to carry out projects that bring people together by focusing on the development of quality human relations and the dissemination of knowledge.

CATHERINE GAULIN

Climate Strategy and Eco-responsibility Advisor

Catherine Gaulin holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from McGill University and a Master's degree in Environment from the Université de Sherbrooke. Catherine previously worked as a sustainable development consultant, carrying out mandates for businesses, municipalities and organizations. Now, as a climate strategy and eco-responsibility consultant, she is developing her expertise in greenhouse gases and climate change and has already completed several greenhouse gas quantification mandates and emission reduction plans for various organizations. Motivated to take action on climate change, Catherine is committed to applying her scientific and business knowledge to support organizations in achieving their eco-responsible vision.

FÉLIX LAURENDEAU-LEBEL

Sustainable development project manager - Espace DD | le portail des entreprises écoresponsables

Félix holds a DESS in management and sustainable development from HEC Montréal, a certificate in environmental sciences from UQAM and other university degrees in journalism and political economy from the Université de Montréal. With over 10 years' experience in private and community sustainable development in Montreal, Félix is passionate about taking action in this field wherever the opportunity arises. As the father of two children, he wants to leave them a planet full of life for generations to come. As Project Manager, Félix's mandate is to animateEspace DD | le portail des entreprises écoresponsables, a Web platform aimed at creating a community of companies committed to sustainable development, and offering a multitude of resources for organizations wishing to integrate sustainable development into their business practices.

ÉMILIE ST-ONGE

Eco-responsibility strategy Advisor

Émilie holds a bachelor's degree in environmental studies from the Université de Sherbrooke. As a consultant at ADDERE Service-conseil, she accompanies various organizations in their eco-responsibility strategy. She has already participated in several mandates with various organizations, notably in the fields of horticulture, tourist accommodation, recreation and tourism, administrative and municipal sectors, as well as food retail businesses. Her mandates focus on waste management, stakeholder awareness and obtaining sustainable development certifications. An avid hiker and outdoor enthusiast, she is a great protector of natural environments.

CLOÉ FORCIER

Administrative Assistant

Cloé holds an Attestation of Collegial Studies in Office Automation - Administrative Assistant from Cégep de Sainte-Foy. She also obtained a college diploma in Agricultural Business Management and Technology from the Institut de Technologie Agroalimentaire du Québec. 

Having grown up on a dairy farm, she has always taken the preservation of natural environments and animal species to heart. Climate change is an issue of great concern to her, which is why she was keen to work for a company that takes concrete action to protect the environment. Cloé started at ADDERE in July 2023, and her main role is to support the Assistant Director in her duties.

MAXIME ROBIN

Climate strategy and eco-responsibility trainee

Maxime holds two baccalaureates, in economics and management and in philosophy. A volunteer in environmental associations for several years and passionate about topics related to the energy transition, he crossed the Atlantic in December 2022 to consolidate his knowledge during a Master's degree in management and sustainable development at HEC Montréal. In May 2023, Maxime joined the ADDERE Service-conseil team for an internship as a climate strategy and eco-responsibility consultant. 

Subsidized by Mitacs, its mission is to develop a range of shared services to facilitate and accelerate the transition of companies.
