ABOUT THE FACILITATOR

Alexandra Parada is a doctoral student in law at the Université du Québec à Montréal and coordinator of the Chaire d'études asiatiques et indo-pacifiques at CÉRIUM (Centre d'études et de recherches internationales de l'UdeM). A graduate in law and philosophy from the Université Panthéon-Sorbonne, she also holds a master's degree in international studies from the Université de Montréal.

Her research focuses on the impacts of AI on fundamental rights, including discrimination issues and the flaws in current normative frameworks. Passionate about digital ethics, she explores the effects of technologies on our societies and supports organizations in understanding and managing the challenges raised by AI.
